I really enjoyed living here. Was extremely sad when I had to go. The apartment was great and the amenities were super convenient! The office staff is respectful and were very generous towards me and my kiddos. Would love to be able to come back one day for sure. Thankyou!

Angie, thank you very much for all your help and for giving me a tour of West Bottom Flats. I have decided to look for more permanent housing at this time, but please know that if my situation changes, I will consider moving to West Bottom Flats. I have also recommended this complex to others and spoken highly of it, largely because of your enthusiasm and passion during the tour. I stumbled across this place on Apartment.com and thought that it might be too good to be true, turns out they make dreams come true. I have never enjoyed shopping for a new place as much I have with this one. As soon as you walk in the office, you are greeted by some of the nicest people I've ever met, who are genuinely so excited to help you: Darius, Mikayla and especially Angela. Been living here since January, and this place is horrible. This place is disgusting and has gotten worse through the months. Residents do not follow the rules, from smoking outside the building and leaving cigarettes buds all over the building to leaving trash outside, which is causing the units to have roaches. Think again: even living here, management does nothing about this issue. Don’t even waste your time or money. The buildings are not maintained or clean.

West Bottoms Flats is truly one of the best places to live in Kansas City. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel welcome. One of the biggest perks is that there are no breed restrictions, which is a huge relief for pet owners who want a beautiful home without worrying about their dog’s breed.
