This is a good place, especially for students as it is close to campus and there's literally three bus stops nearby to choose from. The main highlight here Timely maintenance. Maintenance crew is super friendly and they show up to your door within a day of putting in a service request. It's got modern kitchen and a beautiful patio. The property is generally okay, but the internet service is a major issue. Since switching to Spectrum, the upload speed is extremely slow and sometimes drops below 1 Mbps, making the connection almost unusable for normal work and study. The previous wired network was significantly faster and more stable. This downgrade has noticeably reduced the quality of living here.

I lived at Village Green for 3 years and my husband lived there for 6 years! Village Green has been the backdrop of our relationship; we started dating while he was living there, and his apartment convinced me to rent a unit there, with us eventually moving in together in the 3 bedroom unit. They are very pet friendly-pet deposits did not break the bank like my last apartment did. When our AC broke they got it fixed ASAP. This is the second time I've lived at Village Green. I lived here five years the first time and loved it so much I came back. When I came back they had remodeled the apartments! While they are older, they are well taken care of. The management is amazing. I have been here almost three years this time and it's like I never left. They knew my name from my previous residency here. It's quiet, clean and people are very nice. I tell anyone looking for an affordable apartment to check out Village Green first.
