Living at Verve is everything I could have asked for, the staff is so kind and helpful and the amenities make the living experience that much better. I just had the best interaction with the summer staff; Kevin, Kara, Bella, and Jen.
Extremely bloodthirsty for your money. Overpriced unit with cheap and thin drywall and horrible desks and desk chairs for an average of $1600/month. You can hear everything that goes on outside your window and walls and it’s like you’re sleeping on the street. The units have no space. With that same money, you could do a thousand other things in other regions in America or the world that will be worthwhile. Whatever you do, do not get room D5 in a 4 man room because one person will get extremely screwed over. My bedroom was TINY it was absolutely awful to live in for a full year for the price. Had no warning on the size of the room. It was nearly impossible to live in and worse than a dorm. For how much I was paying, this was actually unacceptable.
Living at Verve has been the worst decision I have made. June 13: The noise issue still hasn’t been resolved. Yes, it’s possible to call and file a complaint — but does it actually do anything? There have been multiple times when the noise became extremely loud at midnight or even around 3 AM. Right now, at 11:23 PM, the TV near the pool area is on with the speaker blasting noise, and I have no doubt that it will keep on for the rest of the night because no staff will assist anything at this time. As a resident, I went to VERVE's Casino Night. It was SO COOL. I haven't ever experienced anything like it before. It was obvious VERVE staff put a lot of money and time toward this. Specifically, Annie went above and beyond. She helped me when I looked lost and took some great photos of my friends and I.
