Living in verve is so nice and calm, the maintenance guys Matt and Max are always on time to fix any issues. The office interns, Ashlyn and Gillian are also very welcoming; last but certainly not the least we get food on random days. very much recommend Verve !!!

I am in my second year of living at Verve, and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. I spend much of my time on the second floor studying, and the space is always clean and well kept. The amenities are also great, and I make frequent use of the grills and coffee machine. The office workers are always very friendly and make Verve feel more like a home than an apartment building. Special shoutout to Ashlyn, Gillian, and Max for always bringing a smile to face.

I lived at Verve for two years during undergrad at SLU and it was truly one of the best decisions I made!! The Verve team goes above and beyond to make the resident experience enjoyable and stress-free. It really does feel like a small community and is only a stone's throw away from campus. Matt and Max have been incredibly helpful, especially during move-out and I can’t thank them enough. I’ll definitely miss calling Verve home!

I lived at VERVE for my junior year and now senior year. I absolutely love the nice appliances, cleanliness, and amazing maintenance team. Having a furnished apartment has been so convenient as an out of state student and the resident events are so fun! I cannot recommend this apartment enough.

Living at Verve for the 2 years my roommates and I did was the best decision we ever made! Verve’s team is the best and never fails to greet you when you walk in or say bye when you walk out. They are quick to answer questions or give a helping hand, especially Matt & Max who helped not only my entire two years there but made move out run smoothly. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else but there during my time at SLU!
