I’ve had a great experience living at Verve the last 2 years! Living in a five bedroom and studio. The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and amenities make it feel like so much more than just student housing. My favorite being the courtyard/pool area. The staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever I’ve had questions, especially Rachel! I have never done a Google review before but my experience here was so below expectations for the price, I decided to. I would not recommend it to anyone living here. The only good thing about this place was the location and gym. First off, the management needs better training because they have poor communication skills and no desire to help their residents overcome a problem. I recently went on a tour of Verve Boise, and I was really impressed. The property is beautiful, and the amenities are amazing. The pool area looks like a great place to relax, and the gym is immaculate with everything you would need to work out. Adrianna Hatfield at the front desk was so amazing and : so welcoming!! Hot tub has had poor heat and a clogged filter for over a month now. Its filled with dirt and bugs right now and they sent out a notification saying it was fixed just last week. It seems like no one checks it, they just wait for someone to complain in person and then don't check after the servicers say they've fixed it. This is disgusting.

I lived here my sophomore year of college. Maintenance was great nothing really wrong with my room or apartment at the time. Little expensive at first but not a lot of other places for cheap. Decided to renew but switch floor plan as we were told it would be cheaper. Move into the new room on transfer day and there is a lot of problems. Got charged for a transfer fee, and all that went verve didn’t help me do anything so what did I even pay for?
