I’ve had a great experience living at Verve the last 2 years! Living in a five bedroom and studio. The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and amenities make it feel like so much more than just student housing. My favorite being the courtyard/pool area. Hot tub has had poor heat and a clogged filter for over a month now. Its filled with dirt and bugs right now and they sent out a notification saying it was fixed just last week. It seems like no one checks it, they just wait for someone to complain in person and then don't check after the servicers say they've fixed it. This is disgusting.

I lived here my sophomore year of college. Maintenance was great nothing really wrong with my room or apartment at the time. Little expensive at first but not a lot of other places for cheap. Decided to renew but switch floor plan as we were told it would be cheaper. Move into the new room on transfer day and there is a lot of problems. Got charged for a transfer fee, and all that went verve didn’t help me do anything so what did I even pay for? We were interested in a unit at Verve for my niece who is a BSU student. There was misinformation that was provided to me about an availability of that unit and parking space by Verve. Rachel apologized for the misinformation and then worked directly with us to find a unit and parking that worked for my niece. Throughout the process Rachel was very helpful, thoughtful and professional. Thank you Verve and especially Rachel!

I was looking to get a cost-effective and ideal apartment as a college student quickly and efficiently. While the leasing team at the VERVE were wonderful, hospitable, and kind Rachel was my leasing officer that helped me at the VERVE.
