LOVELY place to be! This place checks all the boxes. Quiet in a neighborhood with a beautiful tree line. Quick access and not confusing. Close to lots of food and store options. Wonderful management! Karen you are the best! Thank you to you and Donna for working with me and helping me through the application process. I’m a mama with babies and having a place that is like this gives any mama a peace of mind. Very clean too!!
Okay, after visiting and actually viewing many of the apartments for myself, I can see the pride the entire team has for this hidden gem in Garland. Everyone is always so friendly and professional with every encounter I know it takes time to keep older assets beautiful and they have done a great job. Keep up the great work Patty and team - it definitely shows.
I took a tour of the property and absolutely loved it! Karen was very nice and professional and I felt at home. Definitely one of my top choices as I navigate moving.
Karen and Donna are incredibly helpful and nice. Through multiple tours and applying, they kept in contact with us and helped with any issue we had.
16 months now. Love this complex. Still have had no problems. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always on top of things. The neighbors are friendly. Theres a nice walkin/biking trail behind the complex. The grounds are kept very well maintained and clean. Great place to live, and the cost is very affordable. Thanks much! Month 9, no problems.
