We recently moved into Encore Apartment and so far we’re very happy with our experience. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to Aldi, CVS, Paris Baguette, and many other stores and restaurants, which makes daily errands really easy. The amenities are clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable to use. Our apartment itself is also very nice, modern, and comfortable. I have been dealing with this leak since July 7th. The only thing that was done was the water marks on the walls were painted over. I complained about smelling mold and was told that someone would come out next business day. No one came out. Fast forward to July 22nd after not being able to sleep in my own apartment and I see black mold in my pantry. We moved in about 9 months ago, and unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing from the beginning. During the application process, the office was unresponsive we constantly had to go in person because calls and emails went unanswered. When we moved in, we immediately noticed multiple issues a leaking shower faucet, broken kitchen cabinets and drawers, a mold issue, a spider problem, and the carpets that had clearly not been cleaned. I had a stress free and good experience moving into this apartment complex! The entire process was made extremly easy and fast, and the management team is incredibly responsive and accomodating. I specifically worked with Terry, who went above and beyond, continuously checked in during the move in process and was extremely helpful, friendly, and even took the time to show me my apartment during a massive downpour! We toured these apartments while preparing to relocate to the area. Nicholas was absolutely AMAZING! He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and friendly. And we observed him taking care of other customers. Top notch service across the board. Oh, and the apartments are nice too.
