The District Flats is a pleasant place to live. Management and staff are friendly and respectful, ensuring that the residents are taken care of. The surrounding neighborhood provides much in terms of eating places, entertainment, and fitness. I have enjoyed my experiences here.

My wife and I have lived here for five years now. Great apartment, wonderful community and very dog friendly. Mrs. Brady in the leasing office is always helpful and Lee keeps the property looking clean. We love it here.
I moved into District Flats a couple months ago and it’s AMAZING! I love my unit, love all the amenities: the porch/balconies are perfect, love having secured free garage parking, the concrete build makes it very quiet (literally never hear anyone!) and everyone is soo friendly— Stacy is the best! We love The District Flats! We moved from a 3-bedroom house to a 1-bedroom apartment and haven't looked back. The apartment is perfect for us and our Goldendoodle. We love watching the sunrise on our balcony, cooking in our perfectly laid out kitchen, and using all the sweet amenities throughout the building.
