Waited until it was time to move out to give my honest review and opinion, because as someone who works in the industry everything isn’t going to be to perfect. HOWEVER, I’ve never lived anywhere where trash is an issue, gate problems are a constant issue, dog poop in hallways, and even the walking trails. Dogs not leashed, the sprinkler system sprinkles everything BUT the grass. MSG is not properly treated, and the list goes on. Staff, except the manager is very pleasant and try to help. Haven’t moved in yet, but I wanted to leave a review for the staff. Apartment hunting can be stressful, especially when you’re working through different situations and timelines, but the team at The Delta Pearland has been patient, helpful, and willing to answer every question I’ve had. They’ve been transparent about the process and have made me feel like more than just another application. So far, the customer service has been excellent, and I appreciate all the help they’ve given me.

I absolutely loved living here! I won’t even mention the initial hiccups because those people are no longer in the office. If you’re considering The Delta Pearland, go for it! I had to relocate for work, so I left earlier than planned. The process was incredibly smooth and accommodating to my needs. I truly appreciate Kelley’s exceptional work and graciousness. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after months of dealing with ongoing issues and receiving little meaningful resolution, I feel compelled to share my experience. While this property may appear attractive during a tour, my experience as a resident has been extremely disappointing. They took the time to answer my questions, were patient throughout the process, and treated me with kindness and respect. The team at The Delta clearly values the people who walk through their doors.
