⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend The Cascades enough! My experience with Asheka Gayle was absolutely phenomenal. She was everything and then some—truly going above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and stress-free. Completing a virtual move can be overwhelming, but Asheka made it feel effortless. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail ensured that every question was answered and every concern was addressed. She made me feel confident and supported every step of the way. The Cascades is a beautiful neighborhood and nice apartments but if your waiting for maintenance to be done you will be waiting a long time to get things done. When it comes to getting your packages don’t ask the office to help you because they won’t help. I would never move back there again.

The computer doesn't work, there was two, now there is only one and it doesn't turn on, can't use the bathrooms across from the gym because the door is locked. No one ever responds to emails or calls. What are we paying for when it comes to amenities exactly. The gym equipment is basically falling apart, I had to take a screw that was laying on the floor and screw it into a bench. Is anyone checking the equipment daily. It is a mess!
i came by with a few questions about the upcoming available apartments. She took me to the unit I saw on Monday and noticed the french fry that way laying in the hallway was still there! Disgusting. So much for maintenance of common areas.
