Worry free living - only if it’s Opposite Day! This management company does not provide even basic levels of communication. I am 4 weeks into a water leak and am currently standing in the office watching a Josh the property manager squint at his computer screen rather than make a phone call to maintenance. The computer doesn't work, there was two, now there is only one and it doesn't turn on, can't use the bathrooms across from the gym because the door is locked. No one ever responds to emails or calls. What are we paying for when it comes to amenities exactly. The gym equipment is basically falling apart, I had to take a screw that was laying on the floor and screw it into a bench. Is anyone checking the equipment daily. It is a mess!
Lies. Misleading. Multiple charges for the same amenity, trash fairies are trash, rent is way to high for the quality of living provided becauae this "luxury apartment" is NOT luxurious at all. The best part about it as a pond that nobody cares about. That pond could have been space for an actual dog park but instead we got a 12ft long by 6ft wide, fenced in patch of grass. Also the groundskeeper dont keep the ground!! Theres dog poop everywhere, no baggies nor trash cans to put them in even if you had them. 2/10 HIGHLY DONT... read more
