Our family lived at the Carlton for three years and had a wonderful team taking care of us from beginning to end. Erica, Maurice, and Ron are "people first" managers who truly look out for their residents. Whenever we had any issues they made sure to communicate and quickly tackle them. I know there are many reviews about air condition problems, and we did have those, BUT the team members who moved slow and didn't really care about the residents are gone! I have been at Carlton @ Greenbrier for a little over a month and I love the place. My apartment was clean and fresh when I moved in -- very spacious with a large laundry, great kitchen layout with plenty of (nice wood) cabinets and (granite) counter space + a huge island -- AND a pantry. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Maurice at the front desk. Since he’s started working here, the energy around the property has been very pleasant. Maurice is always friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. He takes the time to actually listen and be understanding, which makes a big difference. Been living here for almost a year. I love the location of the apartment complex right across the Greenbrier Mall and how close it is to supermarkets like Harris Teeter, Food Lion, or Walmart supercenter and city parks. I've used their amenities as well such as their gym and pool. I don't have a pet but this place is also dog friendly with a dog park provided. Their service requests are also efficient! I've requested 3 repair services and they'd take care of the issue within a week. I've enjoyed my stay here so far!
