When we first moved in, management was extremely rude and dismissive. Many of the issues I experienced came from the previous management team. I have renewed my lease, and honestly, it’s because of the newer, very helpful management! Keyla and her team are amazing. Feedback is quick, and the environment is friendly and inviting. Ignore the 5 star reviews and mentions of “green space” that are all bots. This place was NOT luxury. I have lived in many of this style of new build and this one is the worst by far. The place is dirty. Your packages will not make it to you. The pool is packed full of people who don’t live there and is covered in full shade before 6pm due to the location. And if you live where you can see and hear the pool, good luck! No rules are ever followed there. And expect a $200 rent increase!

I would strongly caution anyone considering moving here. Management is unprofessional and shows clear favoritism. A maintenance employee who was consistently professional, respectful, and highly requested by residents was abruptly let go, despite positive feedback from the community. Meanwhile, other maintenance staff who repeatedly failed to complete their responsibilities remain employed. That speaks volumes about how this property is run. I had a very long, well written out review of truly how awful this place is. I chose to leave it when my rental increase was higher than what they were charging new tenants for the same, tiny studio. They asked me to take it down while they “worked hard to negotiate with the owners” They decided they could lower it to $75, ultimately it’s too much for a “luxury” apartment that was more out of control than the section 8 housing I grew up in. This used to be a nice complex until new management/owners took over or maybe it started going down hill just before then. I’m not sure where to begin. There is no communication about anything. Elevator was out today and didn’t know it this morning until I tried to use it. I’ve brought up a few concerns that have not been addressed. I told the manager (I think?
