This is, by far, the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Maintenance frequently says issues are "fixed" when they are not, and the leasing office either does not know or does not seem to care. To show how horrible this place is, here are only a few of the issues I have experienced in less than a year of living here: 1. Anna helped me throughout my entire process. Any questions I had she was available at a moments notice. Any service requests I have had they have been fulfilled the same day!!! I am from Jacksonville Beach, FL, and for the price / quality there apartments are great!
I have lived here for 3 years and I really have no complaints. When an issue arises then it is addressed and fixed within 72 hrs. The office staff is always kind and accommodating. And all the neighbors are so nice.
This is a great area: shops, mall, restaurants, and easy highway access! The apartment was great, and maintenance concerns were answered swiftly. Everyone was nice as well, which made the whole process and stay feel very welcoming^^ If I get another apartment, I’ll probably come back here!
This has been a great place to live! One of the highlights has definitely been the fast response times of the maintenance teams. I put in a service request yesterday for a wobbly kitchen faucet, and it was replaced today by Mike. When we had a water heater leak this past winter, I was able to place a call to the emergency service line after hours and get a callback within 5 minutes. Lavoe has also been an awesome resource.
