This is, by far, the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Maintenance frequently says issues are "fixed" when they are not, and the leasing office either does not know or does not seem to care. To show how horrible this place is, here are only a few of the issues I have experienced in less than a year of living here: 1. Anna helped me throughout my entire process. Any questions I had she was available at a moments notice. Any service requests I have had they have been fulfilled the same day!!! I am from Jacksonville Beach, FL, and for the price / quality there apartments are great!
Tl;dr STAY AWAY. Check reviews for their parent company (vest residential). It is a company wide issue. Pros: - Decent area, next to a school and shopping - Decent size floor plans compared to other options Cons - Everything about the apartment complex itself - The grounds have been filthy for months, the dumpsters started overflowing around the time I moved in and they’re overflowing more often than not. I have lived here for 3 years and I really have no complaints. When an issue arises then it is addressed and fixed within 72 hrs. The office staff is always kind and accommodating. And all the neighbors are so nice.
Jessica was great during the tour. She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She answered all my questions and did a great job showing everything clearly. I really appreciate her time and professionalism.
