⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to recognize the amazing work of the leasing team at South Meadows Apartments, especially Kayle. She is kind, professional, and truly cares about the people she helps. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents and future residents feel welcomed and supported. It’s clear that this community takes pride in they're work, and brings a positive attitude every day. South Meadows is lucky to have staff who is dedicated, hardworking, and genuinely cares about others.
We loved this property! Kaye was so sweet, answered all of our questions, and made the process easy. My daughter recently moved in, and my mama heart is so happy knowing she chose such a great community. Highly recommend!
Everything very quiet until a month onwards there is a neighbor who does not let us sleep with loud music until dawn there is no respect for those of us who live in community
As of 2/21/2025 We lived at South Meadows for nearly 3 years, and they've been relatively good. Wasn't for us finding a house to move into, we probably would still be leaving here. We personally give them a solid 4/5, but we'll write out some of the positive and negative we've experienced with them. === The complex and staff: Overall, 3.2/5 The office staff are friendly, and very helpful.
