⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to recognize the amazing work of the leasing team at South Meadows Apartments, especially Kayle. She is kind, professional, and truly cares about the people she helps. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents and future residents feel welcomed and supported. It’s clear that this community takes pride in they're work, and brings a positive attitude every day. South Meadows is lucky to have staff who is dedicated, hardworking, and genuinely cares about others.
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to share my deep disappointment with the way South Meadows is managed now. Since the new management took over, the quality of service has dropped significantly. Poor Communication: The office staff is rarely available. They do not answer phone calls like the office staff did before. Unresolved Maintenance: Maintenance requests take much longer to fix than they used to. Simple problems are left undone for weeks. I never had a complaint until now. We loved this property! Kaye was so sweet, answered all of our questions, and made the process easy. My daughter recently moved in, and my mama heart is so happy knowing she chose such a great community. Highly recommend!
As of 2/21/2025 We lived at South Meadows for nearly 3 years, and they've been relatively good. Wasn't for us finding a house to move into, we probably would still be leaving here.
