Outstanding Maintenance Service at Solace Apartments! I want to take a moment to recognize Logan for his exceptional service and professionalism here at Solace Apartments. I showed up multiple times and the office was empty. When I moved out they charged me a cleaning fee without anyone ever walking through the unit. That was frustrating enough on its own, but what made it w... read more

I had an outstanding experience with the property manager named Niya Fields at this apartment community. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything ran smoothly. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and thoroughly, which made the entire renting process stress-free. What really stood out was her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Whether it was handling maintenance requests promptly or ensuring clear communication at ... read more
