I renewed my lease recently . . . but the attraction or attention-getter that describes Solace Apts as "luxury living" is dissipating at an uncomfortable rate. Even Management has observed and issued notices to us tenants about trash, noise, pet feces, and gatherings in the parking lots that are contrary to the high standards that Solace Apts represent. This is a sad commentary for those of us who have lived here for awhile and have enjoyed the peaceful quiet enjoyment and exclusiveness of our home/ residence.

To respond to your response to my original review, I don't have any requirements in my current lease to sign up for your 3rd party Subway Internet so do not expect me to sign up for services that do not benefit me or I'm not required to pay for. Thank you for finally opening the pool, but residents are losing 4 hours a day with your new operating hours 12PM to 8PM. This is proof of another amenity we established residents have lost. I’ve lived here for 6 months and at first everything was fine but over time we realized that the management are just trying to get as much money as they can from you. The wifi is mandatory and SLOW. They partner with a tow company to tow cars for expired registration or inspection which is absolutely insane to tow your own residents, not to mention it costs $200+ to get your car back. There’s also a ridiculous amount of rules and things you can get a “violation” for that are so stupid. There is literally pee and dog poop in ... read more
