Well I've been here since Feb . 1st off the office staff make us feel like family , we live going down there just to say hello. Chris always makes time to answer my questions. The pool and gym are kept clean and the issues are always well taken care of in a timely manner. We love the monthly events ( especially the veggies ) . I would recommend anyone to live here. If you are thinking about it, Ask away. Thanks for reading hope this helps your decision.

BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE, I’d recommend paying attention to reviews from actual residents, not just people who came for a tour and left a 5-star review. Since I’ve lived here, we’ve gotten more fees and more rules, but not better living conditions. We pay extra every month for the grounds to be kept clean ($25), yet there’s trash all over the property. I’ve been a resident here for 2.5 years, and the difference between the previous management and the current one is the worst so far. Under the prior management, the property was well kept. Maintenance was out every morning, ensuring the grounds stayed clean, spraying for bugs, and keeping the landscaping looking fresh. We are going into our second year of living here and we are very happy with the neighborhood and staff they are always available to hear our needs and take care of any concerns we may have. The apartments themselves are nice and spacious and you get what you pay for. Overall one of the best apartments I've lived in.

This place is nothing special don’t let the stars fool you. They change employees at the leasing office like crazy so if you want to work there please reconsider. The valet trash that we pay for sometimes they don’t even pick up the trash which leads to the hallway smelling. Only when there is an inspection they give it a little cleaning then after that’s it.The water is recycled so it’s smells bad here. The dog mess is crazy.
