I’ve lived at Saddlewood for a year now and love it. The administration is always prompt to address any questions or issues and the level of communication is excellent. Despite not being a new complex, the apartments and community are very well kept. Highly recommend. Special shout out to Keyla Diaz, property manager! She is great at communicating, handling concerns and following up.

We've had the pleasure of working with Saddlewood Apartments, and their team has been exceptional to collaborate with. The admin staff is organized, responsive, and a joy to work with. The results speak for themselves - the units are looking fantastic! We highly recommend Saddlewood Apartments for their professionalism and top-notch workmanship.

BEWARE OF SLUMLORDS! Been here for 4 years. Everything was great until we got new management in April. Every single tenant I talk to say they have maintenance request that is getting ignored. I myself have not had power in one of my bedrooms since April. Other tenants are saying their AC is not working. The staff is extremely hard to get ahold of. If they can not get the staff to take care of these issues they need to get contracted maintenance! I will not be renewing!

This is a solid community to live in. I haven’t had any major mechanical issues in my apartment that weren’t dealt with in over 5 days. The recent issues that I’ve dealt with were due to a transition in property management group. Things are getting back to what they were, but it has been bumpy. If you let someone know what’s going on they typically get on it. If they don’t get back to you, I’d say follow up and they’ll get with you and have someone to you within a couple of days. Would give 0 stars if I could. The entire time I’ve lived here I’ve been looking forward to moving out. Expect if your AC breaks they’ll send 2 teens who have no idea what they’re doing to tell you they can’t help but they’ll “call someone who can”… then they’ll leave you with a broken AC in 85 degrees (apartment thermostat says 90 degrees inside) and no one to call over a holiday!! Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. You can find way better apartments in the area that will give you better value for your money.
