I have lived here since downsizing from a townhome in November of 2014. I have seen management change several times and I have no complaints. I love my place. In my place I have all that is important to me - assigned parking spot, storage in my unit, balcony, electric fireplace ( 3 different color settings) thermostat control from my cell phone, a washer and dryer room/closet, two walk-in closet closets, dishwasher. The heating and cooling system has been malfunctioning for months driving my electric bill through the roof. It finally then completely stopped and i went without heat or air for 27 days before I was brought a mobile unit. I realize some things are unavoidable, but on the average it takes 2 to 3 weeks for any maintenance repair, big or small. And it almost always required a follow up request and then a second visit to actually complete the repair.
Nice and quiet. At first I had a problem with my ventilation fan in the bathroom and not even 8 hours later it immediately got fixed! Maintenance was very nice and respectful! Although the dumpsters fill up fast in the parking lot but they get emptied at least twice a week. I was confused about the app to pay my rent (this is my first apartment) the leasing office was very patient with me and very helpful! We have lived here only since February 2025. We constantly have issues with our apartment. From the AC/heating going out, the hot water heater breaking, the leaking coming into the dining room and kitchen causing mold, bugs, etc. Maintenance works very hard but they are overworked and can take weeks to get something fixed. The whole in our dining room has been there atleast 4-5 months. That was caused from a leaking toilet. The AC/heater went out and we did not have heat for a week.
