Jackie has been absolutely amazing during this process. We had to choose an apartment prior to arriving to Norfolk, after a lot of research and reading the reviews we chose promenade pointe. Jackie is very knowledgeable about military paperwork, very understanding and supportive and absolutely a delight to work with. I can't recommend her enough!!

I’ve had an amazing experience at Promenade Point Apartments! The community itself is great, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. Promenade Pointe will always hold a special place in my heart since it was the first place my husband and I shared together. We really loved how quiet the community stayed throughout our time there. The team here is incredible. Lisa was such a gem and got us moved in so quickly. Antwan was always there whenever we needed anything and really helped make our place feel like a home. This is a very beautiful property. AT FIRST..Staff was very professional and welcoming... Upon finding out i wasn't approved i expected to receive the $300 admin fee back as promised. Its been over a month and I was told to verify my mailing address THROUGH A TEXT MESSAGE that no one responds to. They DEFINITELY do not answer the phone. You're lucky if you get a human on the phone. This was probably a blessing in disguise because imagine what a hassle it would be to handle maintenance issues and concerns within the community... read more
