There is negative and positive, but I don’t want to write a terrible review, though it did not really live up to my expectations for the price point. The elevator did not work for weeks, the automated doors lock you inside the building and rarely worked correctly for the last two months I was there. I lived there five months. It was nice being next to the park with the water, but people throw all their garbage out there so old mattresses and furniture is everywhere ruining the view. Brittany did a great job with the move out. She gave us our final cost and all the move out details. It’s great to receive transparency during a move out process so there aren’t any surprises. Even shared some family stories. Thanks for being helpful and available.

I was told when moving here that there are no assigned parking spots. I’ve lived here for a year and parked in the same spot that has magically turned up to be reserved without my knowledge. My car has been towed numerous times and every time it’s something different. Great place to live but if you want to spend $400 a month extra to get your car back from being towed this is the place for you. All the money spent on living here and you can’t even wake up without being worried that your car will be towed.

I absolutely adore living at pinnacle apartments. The maintenance is great. They come the next day. Any issues or concerns I have the staff is readily available to get it resolved. They also schedule food trucks and activities at the leasing office like ice cream bars, paint and sips etc. Very military friendly. Couldn’t have asked to live in a better community!

My experience at Pinnacle Apartments has been phenomenal! I loved working with Sarah, Brittany, Sharon during my time here. They’ve been very helpful and they always host awesome events! I would definitely come back if I ever get stationed here again. I definitely recommend this place!
