There is negative and positive, but I don’t want to write a terrible review, though it did not really live up to my expectations for the price point. Brittany did a great job with the move out. She gave us our final cost and all the move out details. It’s great to receive transparency during a move out process so there aren’t any surprises. Even shared some family stories. Thanks for being helpful and available.

My experience at Pinnacle Apartments has been phenomenal! I loved working with Sarah, Brittany, Sharon during my time here. They’ve been very helpful and they always host awesome events! I would definitely come back if I ever get stationed here again. I definitely recommend this place!

Brittany White was outstanding! She was incredibly supportive and focused on what I specifically wanted in an apartment. She made the tour enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend touring with her!

I absolutely adore living at pinnacle apartments. The maintenance is great. They come the next day. Any issues or concerns I have the staff is readily available to get it resolved. They also schedule food trucks and activities at the leasing office like ice cream bars, paint and sips etc. Very military friendly. Couldn’t have asked to live in a better community!
