I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Parkway Apartments, and I especially want to highlight the outstanding service provided by Savina. She is always professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance. Savina truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and taken care of. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make a huge difference in the overall living experience here. My Apartment is infested with Roaches. Every time I kill one another pops up out of nowhere! I didn’t sign up for this. How am I suppose to have company over? I can’t even leave the house on time because I’m too busy doing my own pest control daily which conflicts with time constraints along with my weekly agenda/errands. I need a decrease in my rent payment 😡🤦🏽‍♂️🤞🏽

When I paid the rent for May, ahead of time I might add, I paid the full amount. I have zero idea when the additional $14.00 assessed. Instead of someone calling me and asking nicely about the $14.00, I get... read more
