My Apartment is infested with Roaches. Every time I kill one another pops up out of nowhere! I didn’t sign up for this. How am I suppose to have company over? I can’t even leave the house on time because I’m too busy doing my own pest control daily which conflicts with time constraints along with my weekly agenda/errands. I need a decrease in my rent payment 😡🤦🏽‍♂️🤞🏽

Literally one of the most unprofessional and awful experiences I've had in my 60 yrs. I had an appointment at 10:30 am. The leasing agent, Savina, who is very nice, however she has zero respect for your time and personal information that should be better protected. The people she was with before me ran over, and I was patient. Several other people stopped in and with each one, my time was interrupted. My lease indicates there was trash pickup at my door. When I phoned, Ashely acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. She put me on bike to "double check", when she came back on line she stated I'd been given a generic lease. I'd overlooked it until I got an email today demanding I pay $14.00 or I'll be evicted. When I paid the rent for May, ahead of time I might add, I paid the full amount. I have zero idea when the additional $14.00 assessed. I just would like to say Parkway Apts is where I live. This is my home. Parkway Apts provide me an environment of peace, quiet and safety. All my neighbors are quiet yet friendly. The office staff provides rapid and professional expertise with any of my residential needs. Maintenance, if needed responds almost immediately. Thank you Parkway, I would recommend to anyone this is where you should live.
