Highly recommend touring this beautiful community! Sierra gave my family a tour and she was amazing—so sweet, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable about the area. Moving from out of state is stressful, but she made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. I love that it's a brand-new community and I'll be the first to live in my apartment. Sierra already made me feel right at home, and I can’t wait to move in!
Everyone on the Monteverde team has been incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. I’m so excited to be moving in soon! They’ve gone above and beyond by helping me set up both the internet and electricity, making the whole process so much easier. They even surprised my father with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, and the community feels warm and inviting. I’m truly happy with my experience so far and can’t wait to start this new chapter here!
I had a scheduled tour at 10:00 a.m. with Sierra she seems great from all the other reviews left about her. Unfortunately, she was out sick when I had my tour to view a one-bedroom apartment after seeing that the property was advertising two months free rent. Unfortunately, my experience was very unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. Although I maintained a positive attitude throughout the tour, the leasing agent's demeanor came across as dismissive and rude. I love my apartment! The office staff and maintenance are so friendly and helpful. Maintenance always comes quickly to help with any requests. Sierra, Mayra, and Ernest are great!
