I love this mid rise property and being close to old town Manassas. Nick was so helpful with my move in process and just met the new PM, Maya so welcome to our community! And our maintenance man handles everything but leasing however he is like Jack of all trades he takes of the work orders in a timely fashion

Nick was extremely helpful in showing us the apartment. We originally tried to see the apartment through a self guided tour on Sunday but it showed no available units. Nick took the initiative to fix the issue and accommodate to my busy work schedule to show us the apartment when I got off the following day. Since that day, he has responded to texts, calls and emails during the last two weeks that showed me he really did care. This is the person I rather do business with in the future. I am writing an honest review of this place. For identification purposes, this is not my real name but this is a real review. I moved into the messenger one year ago. The same weekend as the Super Bowl to be exact. When I moved into the messenger, immediately my closet shelf came out of the wall. My toilet seat was not properly sealed to the ground. Love, love, love my new home! Waking up to beautiful sunrises and coming home to breathtaking sunsets is more than I could have asked for! Aside from the stellar location, top tier features in my apartment and amenities in the community, there is Christian and Nick. Both gentlemen’s thoughtful attention to ensuring my move in was smooth is unmatched and greatly appreciated! Moving to Messenger Place was one of the best decisions I never knew I needed!

WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT LIVE AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! This is a brand new apartment complex, and I was the first resident in my apartment but I have had several issues. The two pros of the building are the location and the staff, Samuel and Deja are friendly. The construction company responsible for the building did a rushed, unprofessional, and unfinished job.
