Ms. Tasha in the office is amazing. She was responsive from start to finish and kept me updated throughout the entire time. I’m big on reviews so I expressed my concerns when I first met her and she didn’t have to provide information but she did to ease my mind. I recently hosted an event at the clubhouse at Magnolia Run Apartments, and it was absolutely amazing! The space was clean, spacious, and perfect for entertaining guests. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was well-maintained, which made the event run smoothly. It turned out to be such a great venue for gathering with family and friends. I highly recommend the clubhouse at Magnolia Run Apartments for anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient event space!

Stayed here for a year. The perfect place for fur babies! Safe at night and neighbors are quiet. The complex was great at the beginning but slowly went more downhill to what you would expect an average apartment living experience to be. One thing that did improve was the office cracking down on people smoking in the building which would create a strong smell in the hallway. Chenelle was awesome!!! Even though I was undecided about touring the actual unit and told her I didn’t want to waste her time, she took the time to walk me through all the amenities and the unit! She was so polite, very knowledgeable, and super sweet.

Office staff is great, I can’t say enough nice things about the people who work there and at their sister properties. Tasha and George are very kind! We lived in a renovated unit. The apartment itself is very spacious and I liked the layout. For the price, however, the appliances were very outdated and worked poorly- specifically the washer and dryer. The kitchen appliances are okay, not modern but function. There is not a microwave above the stove like their sister properties. It was not clean when we moved in, I attached... read more
