I initiated a one-to-one meeting with the property manager, with whom I had a long conversation about opportunities for improvement. I am pleased to see that some of my feedback is already being implemented (for example, the trash bag that was hanging from the tree has finally been removed!). I am hopeful that Brianna and the team will turn Madison around and address its challenges head-on. Leaving it at three stars for now. :) Initial review: It's 4:50 am in the morning. I wake up from my baby crying, shivering in cold. T... read more
Please read before signing a lease. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place isn’t worth the money. HVAC issues: Heat and AC have been unreliable since move-in. I’ve gone days without heat in winter and AC in extreme heat. Management’s “fixes” were unsafe or ineffective. Some units are worse than others so ask very specific questions before signing. Constant maintenance problems: Basic things stay broken for weeks, including a busy ground-floor door that has beenunusable for 2 months. No notifications or updates as ... read more
Probably the worst communication I've ever had. I toured the complex on the 20th as I wanted a quick move-in date of the 27th. I found the apartment I liked, and it is ready now. Come Monday, I sent an email just making sure everything was completed correctly. No response... read more
Being a local business owner I feel the need to warn future residents about the experience that I have had living here. This may be long but take the time to read so you may miss out on the misfortunes that I experienced. There has been a constant lack of communication among staff members with any issues regarding maintenance requests and lease agreements. If you are to speak with one person just assume that it will not be relayed to anyone else. There have been move out times that differ, price changes that weren’t agreed ... read more
If you’re looking for a great place to live in Conshohocken, this is it! I’ve been here about a year and have seen a big improvement with the current manager, Brittany, she’s phenomenal and gets things done the right way! She truly goes above and beyond to create a great resident experience. From fun events like happy hours, mocktails, waffles, and ice cream to all the thoughtful extras, it really feels like home. Angel and Bobbie are so kind and helpful. The concierge, Boatright, Nay and Bria are wonderful, and I couldn’t... read more
