I lived here for a little over a year and LOVED it. Every maintenance request was answered in less than 24 hours and the team was so nice! They do a fantastic job keeping the property clean. Louis at the leasing office is so kind and made us feel right at home even while we were just touring. We've made great friends in this community and were sad to leave. If you're looking for a true luxury apartment, look no further. The Madison was wonderful along with its staff and amenities.
My sister and I have been living at the Madison for a few months now and honestly these are the best apartments I have lived in so far. The staff is seriously the best and super welcoming, especially Alexandria. Our valet trash actually comes at a consistent time every day, the amenities are great, the apartments have great natural light, and the apartment complex is gated. I feel super safe here and there’s a lot to do in the area. Highly highly recommend these apartments.
PLEASE READ TO SAVE A TON OF TIME. My daughter and I toured over 15 communities in East Orlando and spent weeks doing research to finally find a place we wanted to call home. I can make this very quick for you. Rexford, Victoria Place, Ashton and Waterford Pointe are dated. Camden units are painted with this dull yellow (why???). EOS is okay, but the common areas have this brown green theme going that just feels dark and draining like bad life choices. Also, it is a dated version of CODA. Luis helped me in securing my apartment here at Madison. I been here for a week and it’s truly the most amazing place I have ever lived in. Luis was the best at helping us and helped us feel secure and welcome. He is awesome!
I love living here. It’s peaceful and in a very lively area; there’s a lot to see and do! These apartments have modern architecture and finishings. It has well maintained buildings, grounds, and amenities. The maintenance and front office staff are very timely, professional, and friendly.
