I’ve had a great experience with the team at Madison Brookhaven Apartments so far. The maintenance team has been friendly, professional, and quick to take care of anything that has come up. You can tell they care about keeping the property in good condition, and I appreciate how responsive they have been. I also want to recognize the leasing office staff. This is honestly a great community. From the staff to the safety of the community. It’s pretty quiet everyone keeps to themselves. Trash is always on time. Community is always being maintenance to maintain the cleanliness. Maintenance team moves quick. The staff work with you and answer the phones. The gym and pool are always maintained. Very nice place to call home.
Angeles Jaime made my leasing experience smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer my questions and explain each step clearly. Her professionalism stood out, but what I appreciated most was how personable and attentive she was throughout the process. She made me feel confident in my decisions and never rushed me. Angeles truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and correctly. If... read more
Angeles was wonderful by helping us a lot to me and my partner during the entire process of the application. I do recommend a lot to anyone who wants to live here, go to the leasing office and ask for Angeles. We were looking for so many places where to move in and we finally decided to live in the Madison Brookhaven Apartments thanks to her top tier customer service. 10/10✨❤️
SINCE THE MOMENT I WALKED IN, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Angela greeted me, we discussed what I’m looking for what I don’t want in a apartment and what I want! When I tell you Angela is your go to she is your go to! She will explain everything in detail she showed me three different apartments! I am always an anxious person and being denied has always been a fear of mine! She assured me everything will be ok! She kept the faith for me! She is sooo sweet! I rate her 10 out of 10! Her level of knowledge, her customer service care, h... read more
