This is an amazing place to call home. The biggest reason is the incredible staff. The leasing team found us the ideal unit and worked out a great solution for an extension. Maintenance responds unbelievably fast, sometimes within the hour. The front desk team is always helpful, kind, and welcoming, and creates a great sense of community with fantastic events like outdoor movie nights, paint and sips, and more. I'd never recommend anyone to live at the Local. My fiancé recently moved out after a 14 month nightmarish lease. The employees make commissions off of the amount of fines they collect. Each Monday a manager would watch footage and would fine tenants for each and every little thing that's done wrong. Yet, the management only provide their residents the bare minimum. For the moveout, we cleaned his apartment thoroughly (see video) yet they had the audacity to fine him $160. A carpet cleaning fee and another cleaning fee. Do... read more
The property is beautiful with great amenities and the staff is always helpful. Everything is kept clean and well maintained. I especially love the seventh floor sky deck because it is amazing for special events and has one of the best views in Boise. Definitely recommend checking it out for yourselves, you won’t be disappointed.
Brooke at the front desk has been so wonderful. Shes so sweet and helpful. Ive enjoyed the conversation as well as the service she provides.
