Ben was amazing and so helpful getting me settled in. I just moved here and was on a time crunch. Ben sat down with me and walked me through the entire process. He made sure that everything was filled out correctly and would give me a detailed breakdown of all the nunbers. Everytime I had questions he would always answer and never rushed me. Living here was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment. I’d highly recommend reading Yelp reviews and those on apartmentratings.com prior to signing a lease here. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Fortunately, I was able to break my lease. I had numerous issues living here and the noise was certainly the biggest. I filed multiple complaints during my time here and tenants were never reprimanded. It got to the point that I had to buy foam earplugs just to sleep through the night. Ben Molofsky is a very professional person with a warm personality. Ben helped my two sisters and I go through the procedures of getting an apartment here at Infinity. From day one to our recent move in date of March 27, 2026, Ben has proved himself to be excellent and professional. He’s amazing! Came by and was greeted by Ben who was a first class representative! From the moment I walked in, even though he did not have availability, he took the time to show me around and give me future options. Greeted me with a smile and true professionalism. He needs to be promoted soon. Very strong leasing agent. I can't wait to come back.
well, when we first moved in, it was a funny scent funny smell to the apartment later we found out it was sulfur. All in the pipes in the water was smelling absolutely terrible like a sewage rotten eggs. We had to run the water for 5 to 6 hours to get most of the sulfur smell out so that was a pretty bad downer. Other than that it's OK. I have a door that's broken in the master bathroom that won't shut other than that I guess it's OK.
