Terrible management of pool area and even worse service. If your room has windows facing the pool, expect to be tormented by the speakers, Jumbotron, first floor balconies neighbors, and/or mysterious pool-goers after 11pm randomly a few times a month. The Jumbotron and pool speakers are completely controlled by the office or whoever works at Ever, and both of these appliances are so unreliable that they could either randomly turn on in the middle of the night or just be completely left on past their turn off times at 10pm.... read more

I lived at Ever Living during my senior year at Purdue, and it was a great living experience. I’ve lived in dorms and two different apartment buildings before, and Ever was by far my favorite option. The staff was always incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made such a difference. The property was well maintained, the atmosphere felt comfortable. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

For $1500 a month YOU TOO can get windows and walls thinner than a tortilla! If you live in a room facing the courtyard pool, good luck getting any sleep because there are trespassers partying there at 3 AM all the time. Management only hires security for 4 days out of the week and only 10PM-3AM, which does not deter anyone from trespassing and loitering. EVER knows this but refuses to hire them for longer because they need to preserve their profit margins. They will not take you seriously and any action they take is the bar... read more

Ever seemed super cool at first, but you get super tired after living here for the first month. Behind Ever is a party house so good luck getting any sleep. Have fun getting woken up on Fridays and Saturdays, you’ll see many Ever residents stumbling through the hallway. Some will even yell at you.

Ever is the place to be. The lobby is super nice, the gym is never too crowded, and the pool is amazing. When we had a problem with the pool TV, Grace helped us right away.
