East Beach Marina is a beautiful place to live. The office personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. The location on the marina provides excellent views as well as is in walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and coffee shop.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. This building may look nice from outside, but it's deteriorating and those people in leasing office obviously don’t care about their residents. My experience started with roaches. I was on the first floor and have reported multiple times about roaches in my unit. It appears most frequent behind my washer and dryer so I’ve asked them to remove the machines and fully inspect the unit. That never came. They just asked the regular pest control service people to spray my unit, which one time the pest control di... read more

A beautiful apartment complex with beautiful surroundings. We lived in a one bedroom and two bedroom units and each one are spacious and comfortable. Mr. Terrell and the team really made us feel like we’re at home and where always happy to see us, chit chat or help. Extremely pet friendly too. Our corgis were always welcome to any party that was thrown by the East Beach Team. We will miss living here and are super grateful for the time we had spent there.

Terrell is my guy! It’s been great here. Coming from a house to an apartment was a big change, the team here made it easy and made it feel like home. I like the cardio room and how quiet my side of the building is. Just renewed!
