This is the second time we’ve had birds in the dryer vent. The first time we were out of town and came back to a dead bird that smelled so bad that we couldn’t live in our appartment for almost a week and they wouldn’t replace our dryer, We talked to the office and they said we should’ve called the emergency number. Well it’s a few months later (during Superbowl) and it happened again. So, we were home this time and we call the emergency number and the tell us it’s not an emergency. I had to take care of the problem myself (... read more

This will probably be my last year here which is so sad because before I lived here, all I wanted to do was live here! I’m on the Lenexa Arts Council, and many of our events happen in the City Center. It was wonderful being able to live and work in the same community. Rent has astronomically increased every year with no real benefit for the residents. The fire alarms go off all the time. Things aren’t fixed. There are roaches. The package room is a joke. Don’t trust the amenities they promote. The door to the parking garage ... read more

I was a resident from 2019 to 2021, then 2022 to 2026, across three different units. The bottom line: Safe, not bad. But horribly overpriced and difficult staff. I originally wanted to write this review giving glowing praise to the maintenance crew. Those guys were AWESOME. Best I've ever encountered. Timely. Friendly. Though, over 2025, many retired or moved on, and many of the replacements were clearly under-trained. This demonstrates an underlying issue with EPC (the real-estate company that owns Domain). The units them... read more

We pay over $2200 in rent for an apartment complex that is falling apart. We just received an email this week that maintenance is behind and they request our understanding… why don’t they hire more maintenance?! Why is the pool not operational on a weekend?! Where is our money going? It is unacceptable to receive an email requesting our patience with maintenance timelines when they are not achieving the bare minimum - functioning pool and maintenance. Those are the bare minimum of running an apartment - a “luxury” apartment ... read more

This place will forever be my home! After living here for a year and a half I have nothing but amazing things to say about this property. Allie, Shannon, and Maddie have always been so helpful and really made this place home for me. As far as maintenance goes, this is by far one of the best maintenance teams in town (especially Lee!) and always had any problem fixed within 24 hours. If you are thinking about living here, do it! The best community and people around and I promise you won’t regret it!
