CovePointe at The Landings is a wonderful community. It’s very quiet and well-maintained. The staff are attentive and very responsive. The leasing office staff have been wonderful and made the entire process a smooth one. They have been very accommodating. Latarsha, the leasing consultant, is great to work with and she followed up several times to make sure that we are happy with the unit and in the community. Great staff currently efficiently maintaining all that I need done. I cannot evaluate the computor internet system that is now included in the rent because we never switch our system when it was added. We still use COX. The maintain department is fantastic! Looking forward for the pool opening.

Tasha is very helpful, and if she’s not in her office she’s either by the pool or the garage assisting maintenance/residents. She’s always visible for the residents & has a great welcoming energy. Only reason I give 4stars is due to an unresolved issue thats been going ever since we moved in (1.5/2years now), as we still wait on upper management to reach out & hopefully resolve it. Other than that, experience has been well.

Overall, it’s been a good experience living in Covepoint. The current staff here have been friendly and helpful. Favorite part is the different events they host. Shoutout to LaTarsha and the team so going out of their way to get more supplies during pizza night.

I just moved in to my apartment at the Covepoint, the process was streamlined using an online application portal. Tasha was extremely helpful and made this move very easy! They also provided a move-in gift, which is highly appreciated.
