I currently live here and I just wanna say I cannot wait till my lease is over because I will not be renewing it. Gemma Bruce is very unhelpful, When I first moved in, I let her know that the apartment had roaches mind you we did not have a tour at all. Once we tried to let her know, she did not respond to me and continuously tried to say that It was because of me. She doesn’t respond about any of my questions or concern about the apartment. I have numerous screenshots and documented emails where she does not respond until i... read more
Just as I took the time to write a bad review, I believe it’s important to acknowledge when a company works to fix the issues. Yesterday, Ms. Bruce, the new property manager called me back. My experience was absolutely wonderful with this place. Everyone was practical, kind, and professional in their dealings. I also want to thank the manager, Ms. Gemma Bruce, for her constant care and support in making the living environment fantastic. I highly recommend it.
I was interested in checking out an apartment here, but after multiple attempts I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. If the leasing office is too busy to respond to potential renters, that already says a lot about what the experience might be like living here. In a way, the lack of response made my decision easier to look elsewhere
I had a great experience with the leasing office, especially thanks to **Gemma Bruce**. She was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to all my inquiries. I truly appreciate her dedication and efforts to make everything go smoothly.
