Lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it!! Genuinely such a great property! The staff is always friendly, and maintenance was fantastic! Excellent location, and the brand new coffee machine is fantastic!
District Flats is so great! I originally talked to Grace who gave me a full tour and she was so nice and inviting. Everything about this place is nice but my favorite part is the club room, I couldn’t stay away! I think I could beat anyone in pool at this point haha! Who wants to take me on?
I've been here almost 2 years, and it's overall been a very decent experience. Around august, I started having issues with constant noise disrupting my sleep throughout the schoolyear. Thankfully, with the new team that took ownership, they've been working with me to try to figure out the cause of this noise and deal with it, which is more effort i've ever seen from an apartment management company. I’m not one to leave reviews but after the experience I was given here I felt it’s only be right to. First of all the amenities are all well taken care of especially the game room, you can tell they make it a point to keep everything clean and pristine. The service though is the best part, especially Shea who works the front desk was extremely helpful and you can tell she truly enjoys what she does!
I have lived at District Flats for the past three years now since moving out of the freshman dorms, and it has been such a wonderful place to spend my college years. I have been in a 4-bed classic each year, and the amount of natural light in each room coupled with the private bathrooms makes it a very comfortable place to live.
