Whatever you do, DO NOT live here. Since day one, this apartment complex has been horrible. It’s kind of suspicious the amount of 5 stars under the reviews. Honestly this place barely deserves one star. The air conditioning does not work. Since the beginning of April this year, our building air conditioning has gone out 4 times due to the temps being in the 90s. I highly recommend Braddock Lee Apartments. The entire team in the office has been outstanding, but I especially want to recognize Raniesha for her exceptional service. Please address the rise in costs that happened in the past month for laundry. We have sent numerous emails. This may not seem like much, but since changing hands over to VEST we have had all of our amenities cut (the few there were) and seen an increase on prices across the board. Paying for parking spaces that are not guaranteed (note: not the reserved parking spaces), electricity is no longer included in the rent, charging for storage units, and requiring us to leave Comcast ($30/month) for the required new internet that ... read more

I’ve had a really positive experience with the leasing office staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, approachable, and helpful. Melanie, Ray, and Aliyah have all been especially great to work ,they made the move-in process feel easy and were always quick to answer questions or follow up when needed. When we moved in, we were charged a $1,700 security deposit. We lived there for two years. When we moved out, we cleaned and vacuumed the entire apartment until it was spotless (we have video proof). No one came to inspect the apartment while we were there. We left the keys and the car sticker in the office, and they assured us that we didn’t need to worry — our deposit would be returned.
