I had a great experience touring Avenue 80! Jordan was super nice and welcoming, making the whole process easy. After my tour, Anzley, the Community Manager, took the time to introduce himself, and we had a great chat about the area and the community. It’s a friendly and inviting team! I’m considering moving here in the summer when my lease is up. Hopefully there will be more availability then :)

Great community! Maintenance is good, very responsive. Jordan in the office is great. Latest win: They fixed the fire alarms after a year and half which was great or at least I thought they did. Gaps: I rented apartment 405 and had bird residue all over my balcony. When I brought it up to the staff they said there is nothing they can do about it. Had bird poop on my exterior window and they never cleaned it. If you rent apartment 405 be weary you will never be able to access the slither of balcony that faces metcalf. Sad ... read more

The fire alarm goes off randomly when there is no fire. The most recent time was from about 2:30am-3:15am. So if you value sleep and a reliable fire system I don't recommend. For a luxury apartment it feels incredibly unsafe.

I have lived here for a year and a half. The location is nice and the maintenance guys are always quick to answer calls and fix things. Multiple days a week the halls on the first floor smell like rotten trash/eggs. The lack of consideration from other residents is astounding- Almost every day there is dog poop in the hallways and it is rare that I see anyone wipe down their gym equipment. We moved here after selling our house down the street. I was worried about living in an apartment after being homeowners but I have been absolutely pleased. Avenue 80 maintains attention to detail and cares about the experience of living in a luxury apartment. The fitness center is better than expected and never feels crowded. The pool is relaxing with great areas for seating. The sauna is also relaxing. The secure package concierge is a wonderful feature. Free Starbucks coffee is available in the lobby.
