This is my experience after 10 months of living here. The apartments are renovated and very clean. What stands out most compared to other places that I lived here in Cville is the management and maintenance team. Hendrix and Zach from maintenance handle everything very quickly, we’ve had a few requests so far, and they were usually taken care of within a few hours. Daniel in the office is also super helpful. Everything has been great so far, and I highly recommend this place!

New resident and the team was so lovely and helpful with my move in. I recommended all my friends this apartment complex because it’s simply so beautiful the new renovations are amazing! It’s filled with nature, peaceful, quiet, clean . I’m so glad I decided to make this my home!

My daughter and I have had the best experience since moving to Attain on 5th. Management and maintenance have been incredibly helpful from the moment we applied and throughout our move-in process. The apartment is very comfortable, and the area feels safe and quiet. We are very happy we chose this place to make our home. The location is amazing, we are very close to stores, restaurants, and just a couple of minutes from the downtown mall.

Had a good tour of an apartment w/ complex manager, Gabriel. He answered all of my questions and provided a quote that day. Am still visiting other properties, and greatly appreciate Gabriel's professionalism and attentiveness.

I love living here. Not too far from town, but far enough away that it's pretty quiet. The folks who work here are top notch and responsive. Hendricks in particular is an amazing groundskeeper, and will go above and beyond to help you out! People like him are really what makes a place.
