Don’t be misled by the reviews. It’s been two months since I moved out, and I still haven’t received my security deposit. They told me there was a legal 45-day waiting period, so I waited the full 45 days. After that, they continued to delay the payment with various excuses. I've only lived here for a month however, after looking at several other apartments in the area, I can truly say I made the right decision by choosing Attain. Starting from the application process to the move in process, it was all seamless. Myeisha made my experience wonderful. I appreciate how the common areas are always clean to include the hallways and the elevators. I mostly appreciate the idea of having covered, private parking that is not shared with the public. I've been an Attain Downtown resident for a year and a half and couldn't be happier. This is the first apartment I’ve live in since graduating and I’m so happy I chose to live here. The building is impeccably clean, and the management and staff are incredibly friendly.
