I’ve been living at ATC for 8 months now - and I still love it just as much as the first day I moved in. Shay has been the absolute best & has been so sweet since before I even moved in and has made living here so stress free. I love the apartment, even with living on the first floor it’s extremely quiet, they keep the area so clean, and the apartments are in tip top condition. Love my apartment. Love the amenities. Management is really nice and maintenance is on point. When I moved in, my ac wasn’t working. I was provided a portable window ac and they made sure I was comfortable while it was being handled. I like how management does fun and creative things to keep residents engaged in the community. 10/10

I love living at ATTAIN. The apartment is laid out and was thought out so well. Spacious, cozy, quiet, and the service is outstanding. I could not be more pleased.

I love my apartment and the ladies in the office, maintenance team is very kind. What i’m unhappy about is the noise on upper floors, you can hear everything. The neighbors next door or across from me i can’t hear. You can also hear outside of each apartment when walking by. Love the convenience of being next to the mall. I believe each apartment should have one reserved parking spot. I love living here and have met wonderful neighbors.
