A bunch of wasps decided to build a nest on our porch. Not good, as we use our porch and would like it wasp-free. At 9:00 AM I was in the apartment manager’s office asking for help (Thank you Towanda.). Within hours, the apartment maintenance folks had dealt with the nest and we could enjoy our porch once again. Incredibly fast service for our maintenance issue. Thank you maintenance crew.
Have to walk too far to elevator because 2nd elevator is not being fixed.. other resident claim it's been out for many month now and are told it's a phone issue. It is not fair that other buildings are functional and 3950 is not.. Residents need to be compensated when we have to do without inoperable benefits.. Otherwise everything else is wonderful! Thank you.
