My husband and I recently moved out and I wanted to update my review to give an honest reflection of our time living at Attain at Harbour View. Overall, we truly enjoyed living in our two-bedroom apartment. While it is a bit on the pricier side, the location is fantastic—incredibly convenient to the highway, local shopping, and great restaurants. I just renewed my lease, and I truly have nothing but positive things to say. Everything here is quick, easy, and well-managed. I absolutely love living here and appreciate everyone who works here. A special shoutout to the maintenance team — they always get the job done quickly and efficiently. I love my home here!
I have been here for about 2 weeks now and wish I would have made a different choice. The staff is very nice, probably the best thing about the place. Though it is winter the pool is very dirty looking which is my view. There has been pool furniture in the water that no one seems to care about. The halls are very damaged and dingy. My apartment is decent however there a whole in the sub flooring in the middle of the living room that I walk in every time, the floor will be damaged by the time I move out so hope to not be cha... read more
I could say so much about living at Attain. Overall it wasn't great and definitely not luxury. The hallways smell like the trash room, the elevators don't always work and the correspondence with the front office is spoty regarding when it will be fixed, the hallways light was out and hanging by a cord for about a week, kids got ice cream on the staircase wall and steps it sat there for a week before they cleaned the stairs and wall stayed that way, we moved out before our lease and the front was very unsure of how to go ab... read more
Not what it use to be. Management changed recently and it’s has not been good. Not really worth the money now. It was really nice when I moved here 3 years ago, but things have really changed. Even while writing this review the internet is down. No longer luxury.
