***edited*** leaking sink was fixed timely! Move in was the worst. I have rented a lot in my lifetime and never had so many issues to report walking in the door. Also they don’t provide and lights - they give you a concierge to install lights you buy. Never experienced that before either. Plumbing was bad. Smelly leak under sink and we moved in on a Saturday so no help because it’s not an emergency. They knew it was there I found our refrigerator drawer that was missing under the kitchen sink. When I first signed my lease, they asked me if I'd like to pay my security deposit upfront or in monthly installments. I had never heard of paying a security deposit in monthly installments, so I asked if there were any downsides (such as a fee) to doing it that way. They said no, it would be the same either way, so I told them I'd do the monthly payment.
