The community management is very efficient at resolving issues, which is a big plus. As a resident in Building 4, I've found the hot water supply to be perfectly fine. We did have maintenance once, but they provided advance notice. The environment is also very quiet and peaceful. Overall, it's a very comfortable place to live.
I had lived in Arbors at wolf pen creek for a year. I had wonderful experience living in Arbors and would like to leave some comments. Staff and service had been excellent from the beginning of the application process until I moved out. Email answers were quick, and staff was patient answering all the inquiries. Monthly Water Outages & 5 AM Noise: A Total Nightmare. I lived here for a year and I strongly advise against signing a lease here. 1. Frequent Water Outages: We lost water or hot water about once a month. Management offers no apologies or improvements. Even a year after moving out, I still see residents complaining about this. When asked, the leasing office actually stated that "24/7 hot water is not guaranteed in the lease." 2. We just moved out after living in the apartment for a year, and we’re really going to miss our time at Arbor. It’s the perfect neighborhood-style community in College Station. The maintenance team is incredibly quick to respond and resolve issues, and the management staff are always friendly and helpful.
