The office and maintenance teams have been consistently friendly and responsive, which has made a positive impression. Work orders are handled promptly, and communication has generally been smooth. While the unit has some nice updates, I’m a bit unclear on the scope of the “renovation.” The kitchen does feature new door and drawer fronts, which freshen up the space, and the LVT flooring is a great touch. Run for the hills!! If I could put negative 1000 I would. You will be late every month on your rent due to the fact they include your water bill in your rent and it fluctuates and they apply any payment to your water bill first and then charge you late fees and carry over fees. Not to mention poor maintenance. Mold and mushrooms growing around your toilet. You enter apartment with great health and leave needing asthma treatment lungs messed up and children sick. The apartment is newly refurbished as is policy for just about every rental property. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about pending projects. In my opinion the price point is a little high in comparison to like apartments in the area. The amenities for this property are currently ethereal, but the cost is already included. Thank you for showing me the apartment. At this time I will continue to look around.
