My mom is a resident here. It is a new community with all the modern conveniences. The decor is tasteful and appliances are new. They offer all types of recreational and health options for their senior residents, such as indoor pool, fitness classes and so many clubs and hobbies! It is the staff that make the place friendly and warm. They are welcoming and really foster a sense of community. My mom really loves it. We made an excellent choice with Acclaim.
We just love our home ! The events are wonderful. Awesome job Julia Jane . The 5 months we have lived here Both my sister and myself have been more active than we have been in a long time . Jay Spears our property manager has been nothing but wonderful . We have met some wonderful residents here at Acclaim at the hill . Thank you staff and residents/ friends!
My tour experience of Acclaim at the Hill was great. The building and the area is nice. Unfortunately, the model apartments I did see and the floor plans of apartments I did not see were a bit smaller than I expected.
Juan was absolutely terrific, Johnny on the spot! Only issue was a delay in communicating to the property manager for a fob replacement. Turns out he wasn’t receiving his emails through LOFT. Not his fault so I still graded my experience 5 stars. The issue lies with Corporate and the LOFT app. Both are not responsive to residents needs in my opinion.
Juan Ontiveros was very prompt and helpful in coming to fix my aircon on a Sunday morning. So glad to live at Acclaim where service is attended to so quickly. He was very friendly and definitely a keeper for Acclaim
