We enjoyed our tour of the building and the amenities of this property. We appreciated Jean's thorough information and prompt responses to our email questions. We also liked the warmth and friendliness of the residents we encountered on our tour. Having toured 5 other buildings in the area We have decided to file an application to this property. Hoping it works out for our time-line.
Acclaim at Greenbrier is a beautiful independent living senior community, which looks more like a resort with a welcoming spacious entrance. The residents are delightful and always look like they are living vibrant happy lives. I love visiting and participating in all their fun activities.
I didn’t schedule or request maintenance service. However, when I received confirmation of a request I did reach out and the service person was able to clarify the confusion. I left a message and I received an immediate response from Dexter and he was very helpful and reassuring. This makes me feel at ease in knowing that if I do need assistance, I can count on him…
If I could give them 6/5 stars, I would've!!! The entire office team is an absolute pleasure to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the level of dedication, professionalism, and care they consistently provide to the property and its residents. Their commitment truly makes a difference. I LOVE my new home. Acclaim at Greenbrier is phenomenal. The Management staff are so warm, friendly and caring. The staff at Acclaim respect everyone here! High Five!! Everyday on the calendar there is something new to do!! We have an outdoor raise garden beds for growing vegetables and fruit. We have social activities to meet everyone’s need.
